If ‘SCOTLAND’S UNITED,’ why are we only giving to the ‘destitute asylum seekers?’ Why are some of our donations not being given to Glasgow’s and Scotland’s own destitute people?

If you got some good musicians and dancers you could charge an entrance fee and make some real money from your concert, instead you will have to be content with the charitable donations of a rag-tag selection of right-on students coming to enjoy Black american urban music dressed up in ethnic mufti, whilst feeling the cosy glow of self-righteousness.

By definition no Scottish or British National is allowed to remain destitute. Whole government departments are dedicated to the task of eradicating poverty within the British populace.
So destitution is only allowable for foreigners.
Ever been destitute? I have. I will break any law which requires me to not give aid to the destitute as that law is in itself unlawful, immoral and just wrong.
Point me to ANY destitute Glaswegian and I will refer them to a Street Team which will help them day or night.
NO such facility exists for the only truly destitute persons in Britain. Hence PAIH and friends.
They do immensely good work in a difficult environment overloaded with a rag-tag selection of selfish, arrogant, closet racists masquerading as concerned citizenry.
Feel the glow of self-righteousness people, it beats the heck out of the icy blast of self-interest.

I heard the total amount raised was £600, not bad for a “rag-tag selection of right-on students”

    David,

Glad to hear so much was raised. Isn’t it interesting how those who defend Asylum Seekers try to effect change and do positive things, while those who don’t seem content to sit back and post snide, bitter comments on this website?

Ali, that’s a fair point! I actually contacted the Scottish Executive and asked them if they would consider funding an “Enoch Powell Had a Point” benefit gig, but the woman on the other end of the phone just got angry and threatened me with police action. I’d really like to do something positive for my community; can you tell me where you get your funding mate?
